JOINING INSTRUCTIONS FOR NEW STUDENTS

Academic Year: 2025/2026

Dear Student,

Congratulations on your admission to Arusha Adventist College (AAC)! We are pleased to welcome you to our institution and pray that your academic journey here will be fruitful and transformative. Please read and follow the instructions below carefully.

1. Reporting Date

All new students are required to report to campus on:

2. Registration Requirements

Students must bring the following items for registration:

a) Academic Documents (Original and 2 Copies)

  • Form IV/VI certificates

  • Birth certificate

  • National ID or NIDA registration number

  • Admission letter

  • Payment receipt or bank slip

b) Passport Photographs

  • 4 recent passport-sized color photos

3. Fee Structure and Payments

Tuition and other fees must be paid before or during registration. Payments should be made through:

NOTE: Keep copies of all payment receipts and submit them to the accounts office during registration.

4. Accommodation

On-campus accommodation is available and allocated on a first-come, first-served basis. Students must comply with hostel rules and maintain cleanliness and discipline.

5. Required Personal Items

Students should bring the following:

  • Bedding (bed sheets, blanket, pillow)

  • Personal hygiene items (soap, towel, toothbrush, etc.)

  • A bucket and toiletries

  • At least two pairs of decent clothing (including Sabbath wear)

  • Stationery (exercise books, pens, rulers, etc.)

  • Laptop (recommended)

6. Dress Code

AAC is a Christian institution and expects all students to dress modestly and appropriately at all times. Tight, transparent, or revealing clothes are not permitted. Students should be formal and respectful.

7. Discipline and Conduct

All students are expected to observe the College’s rules and code of conduct. Use of alcohol, drugs, or engaging in immoral behavior is strictly prohibited and will lead to disciplinary action.

8. Medical Examination

All students must undergo a medical examination. Please download and complete the Medical Examination Form and submit it during registration.

9. Worship and Spiritual Life

AAC promotes holistic education, and all students are required to attend chapel services and Sabbath programs. Your spiritual growth is as important as your academic progress.
