How to apply to AAC – Arusha Adventist College

AAC offers programs such as Accountancy and Records, Archives, and Information Management at NTA Levels 4–6. NACTVET

General Requirements:

For NTA Level 4 (Basic Technician Certificate):
- A minimum of four passes (D grade or above) in relevant subjects at the Certificate of Secondary Education Examination (CSEE) or equivalent.
For NTA Level 5 (Technician Certificate) and Level 6 (Ordinary Diploma):
- Successful completion of the preceding NTA level or equivalent qualifications.

Note: Specific programs may have additional requirements. It’s advisable to consult the college’s admissions office for detailed information.

Access the Admission Management System (AMS):
- Visit the AAC AMS portal.
Create an Account:
- If you’re a new applicant, click on “Register” to create an account.
Complete the Application Form:
- Log in with your credentials.
- Fill out the application form with accurate personal and academic information.
Upload Required Documents:
- Attach scanned copies of necessary documents, such as academic certificates, transcripts, and identification.
Submit the Application:
- Review your application to ensure all information is correct.
- Submit the application through the portal.
Pay Application Fee:
- Follow the provided instructions to pay the application fee, if applicable.
Track Application Status:
- Use the AMS portal to monitor the status of your application.
